We could not be any happier with our pergola and the experience with GEMINI outdoors! We researched many companies for our project. We live in central NY so we were looking for a pergola that could handle snow. With the first phone call to inquire about the pergola, ffeff wa patient, informative, and took a real interest in what we were hoping to accomplish. We called Jeff multiple times in the process of deciding on our purchase. Jeff even initiated a video call with us on a Saturday to make sure our site preparation was adequateWe researched many companies for our project. With the first phone call to inquire abou the pergola, Jeff was patient, informative, and took a real interest in what we were hoping to accomplish. We contacted Jeff multiple times in the process of deciding on our purchase. Jeff even initiated a video call with us on a Saturday to make sure our site preparation was adequate. We had planned on constructing the pergola ourselves, and Jeff emailed us all the information we would need to do so, and told us he’d be a phone call away if needed.
In a turn of events as the pergola was on the way, my husband injured his back and we were in a panic about how to complete the project. Jeff not only calmed us down and offered to travel 8 hours with a crew to construct the pergola, even though we had plans to be out of town. When we returned home, Jeff called us to review everything we needed to know about the louvers, lighting and glass doors. In the end, we couldn’t be happier!
Our new all season pergola has been a beautiful addition to our home, and we are 100 percent confident that GEMINIoutdoors will provide support fo any questions/issues that may arise.
